Whenever I do crunches and all this ab workout, should I be worried when I get n!


Question: Whenever I do crunches and all this ab workout, should I be worried when I get no burning feeling!?
And will doing a little at a time give me the same results as doing like 100 crunches compared to 10 crunches ( with like 10 reps)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Burning is a sign that what you are doing is working!.
When you feel no burn, your body is used to what you are doing, so if you wanna make yourself stronger, you should increase your workout!.

i started to get that way as well, and now I put a weighted ball (8lbs) on my chest, hold it in place with my hands, and do the same!.!.!.10 sets of 10 reps, but only 15sec rest between reps!.

Just try to do as MANY as you can in one repetition, and DONT stop until you feel the "burn" or can't do any more!.!.!. Remember, do them slowwlyyy to increase resistanceWww@Answer-Health@Com
