Question: Anyone know a quick but healthy way to lose weight!.!?
The only parts of my body I'm really concerned about is my belly fat and my face like my cheeks and especially my chin!.
Also what is a good substitute for soda!.

Im gonna keep this question as simple as i can!.!.!.

Count your calories!. If you burn more calories than what your taking in, Your going to see results!. Guaranteed!. Simple enough huh!? You can exercise, do yoga, lift weights!.!. As long as your burning more than what your taking in, YOUR GOING TO LOSE WEIGHT!.!.fast!. Stay away from sugary stuff and things high in grease as those will slow your weight loss!.

As for a substitute for soda!.!.I wouldnt suggest you do that!. I mean you can drink diet soda, but your still getting calories!. You can drink powerade/gatorade,but your still drinking calories!.Tea also!. You can ask ANY nutritionist and they're going to tell you the same thing!.!.!. Your never supposed to drink calories if your trying to lose weight!.Those types are the easiest to cosume and they will affect you the fastest!. Drink water,water and more water!. Put lemon in it if you want a lil flavor!. Lemon even helps you burn fat in your body so you'll be doing yourself good!.


Also** eat about 5-6 small meals a day, as that will help speed up your metabolism!. thats what you want!.!.!.A fast metabolism

Self-control is the biggest factor upon losing weight!.

!. stick to around 1000- 1500 cals a day till u reach ur goal
!. LOTS of situps, power walks n runs
