Question: Weight Watchers Questions!.!.!.!.!?
last night was my third week at WW, the first week I lost 61/2lb, the second week I lost 1/2lb and yesturday I stayed the same, I dont understand as Im allowed 21points and proberly only had 16points a day as Ive not been that hungry + Ive been doing lots excercise, I dont understand why I didnt loose weight!.!.!.can anyone help!.!.

from what i remember about weight watchers, you need to eat those 21 points, 16 is too little!. your body is probably holding onto its fats, eating less does not mean you will lose weight!. eating too few calories will make your body hold onto all fats and you will not lose any!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Anne has it right, you need to eat all of your points to keep your metabolism going full steam ahead!. You don't have to eat your 35 weekly bonus points but you do the daily ones!.
Also, you may need to reevaluate your exercises!. Concentrate on doing mostly cardio type exercises!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you always loose the most weight the first week but then it slows down as your metabolisim starts to adjust its a drage but its just the way it is!. youll loose less and less weight until your body finds a stable weight for your living method!. give it a while to see what happens!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
