Question: Can someone help me with my diet/exercise routine!? Is it enough!?
Hi, I'm 5'4 and 125 pounds and looking to get back to my old weight of 110 pounds soon!. I have started exercising and dieting in order to lose it quickly!.

Here is my routine:
In the morning, I do 30-45 minutes of cardio on my elliptical trainer
followed by 15-20 minutes of strength training!.

For my diet portion, I only eat fruits and veggies and eat eggs whites once in a while for protein!.

Will I be successful in losing 15 pounds!?
How long do you think it will take for me to achieve my goal!? Thank you!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok so don't do cardio that stuff works for only some people!. Just run a lot lift some weights play sports like basketball use stationary bikes and eat two whole healthy meals a dayWww@Answer-Health@Com
