What is the BEST way to lose wieght if your a 16 year old who weighs less than 3!


Question: What is the BEST way to lose wieght if your a 16 year old who weighs less than 300!!?!!?!!?
ive tried EVERYTING and nothing seems 2 work i need help and i dont just want the basics i want to no evry little detail from what to eat to how to exercise!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat according to the food guide pyramid (I like the older version better, it's what I'm more used to): 2-3 servings dairy, 2-3 servings of some sort of protein, 3-5 servings of veggies, 2-4 servings of fruits, 6-11 servings of grains, and minimal anything else!. Also, try to eat 6 small meals instead of the traditional 3 large meals because it'll keep your metabolism up throughout the day although I know this isn't practical for many people's schedules, I don't know about yours though!.

Start exercise slowly so it's easier to stay motivated!. My personal favorites are brisk walks for as long as you're comfortable with (for me 30 minutes a day), do some sort of weight training (I use 5 lb weights both because I'm a weak baby and because I don't want to bulk up like heavier weights will do, lol!) because having more muscle means burning more calories throughout the day even when you're not doing anything, and pilates is really good for toning, it especially helps your legs look a lot leaner and you see results pretty fast, I have a 20 minute beginners dvd I do!. Really anything you do to move more is good, try for at least 30 minutes of moderate activity 5 days a week, if you have to start with less just work up to 30 minutes!.

Whatever you end up doing, if you keep at it you WILL see results!. Do what you like and makes you happy so you'll stay positive and motivated! Good luck with your weight loss!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pfft! As if you've tried EVERYTHING!. Have you tried "everything" with a least a little effort!?

Exercise is essential - 30-60 mins every day except Sunday!. Do something that makes you happy, like swimming, riding, jumping rope!.!.!.

Good clean diet is also essential!. Lots of fruit, veggies, and water!.

Just stick with it and you're bound to see results eventually, don't give up after just one or two weeks because you're just shooting yourself in the foot!.
