How long will it take to lose 30 lbs?!
Question: How long will it take to lose 30 lbs!?
*i'm a 14 year old girl
* i weight around 140 lbs am 5'5" and still growing
* have a 33' waist and 21' thighs
* starting to eat healthier
* getting a bike soon and plan to use that as much as possible
* don't really like exercise but will do it if necessary
* i hope to lose about 30lbs by august or sooner if possible
* all of the fat is in my stomach and thighs so i need to target those areas
any helpful tips, diets, exercises and motivation would be helpful

Hey, my teacher taught me and exercise that helps ur stomach!.
here's how u do it; u lie down on ur back and u cross one leg on top of the other!. and put ur opposite hand on opposite leg!.ex: left leg on right with ur right hand on ur left thigh!. and u do crunches it rly helps the core!.
just dont starve urself even tho i dont think you'd do that because it stores fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your BMI is about 23, so you don't actually need to loose any weight!.
Just make sure you get an hour of exercise a day and cut out junk food from your diet and eat a lot of fruit and vegies!.

You will lose it by august if you walk for atleast 30 mins a day, drink at least 8 cups of water!.!. Stay away from sweets and soda!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
