How do I get better at pull-ups?!


Question: How do I get better at pull-ups!?
I have no bar in my house!.!.!.!.So it has to use weights or nothing!.!.!.!.Does anyone know how I can work those muscles with weights!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

haha ok heres wat u do!.!.i hope ur talking bout dunbells!.!.any way u lift 1 weight on each hand(same weight) lift over your head!.!.knuckles facing back direction and fingers facing foward (fist perspectives)!.!.!.so u push the weights up and down repetidly in ur own confertable reps per round!.!.!.but wen u bring it down u stop wen the weights get as low as your ears!.!.den bak up over the head as far as your arms can extend confertably!.!.this will help out with the triceps the most and shoulders which pull ups also does!.!.oh yea keep your head tilted back a little and your chest facing up so it can help your back muscles too =]

instead of u pulling ur body up like this link (pull ups) you push the weights up in the same form (weights work out) dunbells will work the best!. HOPE I ANSWERED!!!! YOUR QUESTION!!! =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

this might sound like the fitniss challnge but you just have to pick up some 5 pound[add more wait if needed] waits lift them 10 times each every day[as time goes on add more wait] ,for about week and when you aproch a bar just take a few deep breths and don't go for it hang form the bar for little twist your body with your arms then get off the bar get back on the bar get comtherble bend your arm as much you can then pull!.
