Help loosing weight? What are common things i shouldn't eat? Easy or fun exe!


Question: Help loosing weight!? What are common things i shouldn't eat!? Easy or fun exercises!?
Yeah I know how- & I know everyone asks this question & gets the same answer, and know the answers coming!.

eat less calories & exercises, burning more calories than you consumed!.

But does anyone have some helpful tips for me!?
Maybe certain foods people think are good, but there really high in fat ect!.!.
Or maybe someone can give me some good foods people bypass alot-but it would really help, if that makes sense!.

-every morning i try to eat breakfast, a bowl of cereal(non sugary kind) & maybe adding some blueberries, or a banana!.


What about this!? Anything i should change!?:

-lunch i eat a sand which,(no crust) I eat shaved ham & turkey, with a slice of cheese, i think kraft or something, and some mustard!.

-dinner, ranges between various things, but i make sure not to eat to much & only 1 serving!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
