Question: Does anyone out there know of a way to lose belly and thigh fat without losing your bustline!?
I don't diet because my husband loves my breasts but I'd like to lose some weight especially off my tummy and thighs but everytime I diet I lose some of my breasts!. He says stay the way I am!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is no way to selectively lose weight!. Your body decides on its own where to store it and where to burn it!. You can do specific work outs to build muscles in certain places but it wont affect your weight loss in those areas!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The trick is to tone not diet!. Do lots of ab workouts, and not just sit up's you want to work out every muscle in that stomach!. For the thighs do lots of squats with hand weights to increase resistance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
