Question: How do i lose 50 lbs in 3 months!?
I weight 257 and I'm 20Www@Answer-Health@Com

First, go to a doctor, not the internet!. Being 250+ pounds is for a medical professional, not us!.

For ancedotal help, however: I weighed 210 and got down to 145!. I quit eating fast food, pastas, sweets, etc!. And I mean entirely!.

And because of my heavier weight, I lost more at a rapid speed!. This is because the added weight was used as a bit of resistance training:

And, to be fair, I didn't do much to lose it - I walked for an hour straight everyday, and carried a water bottle with me!. I hooked it to my goddamned wrist!. And if it wasn't filled with water, it was water with 5 green tea bags!. And that was it!.

It's hard at first, seriously - I was someone who used food as a friend - But you'll know when you don't want awful food anymore!. Your body loses the taste for it to where you'll almost throw up if you eat it!.

That's my story, but yours might be different!.

The pattern for losing weight is easy - eat less and workout more often - the difficulties appear when we actually try to put that into practice! ok this is exactly what you have to do for first thing first eat 25 bags of chips exactly half of the weigh u wish to lose then u sit down in front of the TV and watch weigh losing shows for encourage lastly you dont do anything for the rest of your life!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.good luck!!!

I'd like to know this too, lol!.

1!. Eat small portions several times a day!. (So you aren't having a huge meal and then getting hungry later!.)

2!. Exercise!.

Maybe get a workout dvd!? It beats going to the gym and feeling embarassed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
