Can you evaluate my routine please? :D?!


Question: Can you evaluate my routine please!? :D!?
Priority of building upper body strength and losing the flab over the abs!.!.!.

Someone's got to have some practical advices!.!.!.

My routine as it stands is: 30mins low impact cardio, 20mins high impact, weight lifting 3 or 4 sets of 5 reps at 65-80lbs (100-120lbs for legs)!. Bicep curl, tricep curl, chest press, shoulder press, pectoral fly/rear deltoid, leg extension, leg curls, hip abductor, torso rotator (whatever it is called :P) All this, say about 2-3 times a week on average!.

Diet is kind of all over the map, I try to eat a lot protein, but I am always on the go and not much able to plan out meals!. Usually two good meals a day!. I try to stay away from sodas (maybe one every 2 days) and I don't do fast food or candy!.

WHAT can I do different, I know I need to be more conscious of diet!. Also I just started adding in free weights and plain old sit-ups and pushups (kind of dumb to have forgotten those but the weight machines are so shiny and alluring :P )Www@Answer-Health@Com

General advice: Mix up your routine at least every 4 weeks to keep your muscles guessing!.

Also break up your routine:

Monday-upper body
Tuesday-rest
Wednesday-lower body
Thursday-rest
