Can i loose 5kgs in a week?!


Question: Can i loose 5kgs in a week!?
i no this is crazy and probably unhealthy, but i need this more than eva!. i have the school holidays coming up so i was wondering if i could do it if i concentrated on loosing and only that!. i would do it naturally no pills and such!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think this is actually possible and it also depends on how much you weigh right now!.!.!. if you have a weight that is the average of the age group then you shouldnt try doing that as it will make you even more unhealthy!
Ask yourself some questions like:
- Have i been eating a lot these days!?
- Have i been pigging out!?
- have i been doing exercises reguarly!?

Maybe some more!! This is HIGHLY possible if you dont go on a diet but only eat food which are healthy eg!. fruit,vegies etc and try to limit the amount of junk foods or sugary foods and if you do exercises reguarly a week!

Not in any healthy, permanent way!.

You could wrap yourself in a plastic suit and run like mad to start sweating out some water weight!. And eat and drink as little as possible!. That's the only way to loose weight in a short period of time!.

My friends who wrestled used to do this in order to make weight!. But it's very temporary, dangerous, and most importantly I don't think it really takes off any inches!.

So if looking smaller is your goal, don't try to do it in a week!. Do it gradually over a few weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on how much water you are retaining!. I did it just by eating healthy foods (no salt) and working out!. 3 lbs of fat and the rest water!. You have to drink lots of water though!. Your body will hold onto it's water if you don't drink enough (at least 8 glasses a day)!. Eat more low fat protein and cut way down on the carbs!. You might not lose quite 5kgs, but you will lose the most weight possible in a week in a healthy way!. Only eat good fats and keep them to a minimum!. Eat 5 or 6 smaller balanced (protein carb and good fat) meals a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
