Question: How to reduce tummy it's ruining ma life!?!?!?!?!? HELP 10 points for sure!?
I'm 17 and a half year old and due to ma studies i have to sit home whole day and have a very abnormal ruitine
I've noticed ma tummy is bulging out day by day and its making a hell of ma lyf
everyone laughing at me making fun of me
its too embarrasing
it has crossed such extent that i have to give up wearing tight t shirt
can u plz suggest me some measures that i should take regarding ma food and excercise
I'm in no hurry
Suggest me only those excercises that i can do sitting at home

Um just get in a good daily routine really is the most important thing you can do!. Make sure its one you actually enjoy and incorporate some kind of physical activity as well into it!. When i mean routine im also referring to an eating one as well! makes it easier to stay disciplined with what you eat if you get into a routine!. When you do choose you times to eat is then when you just start substituting out better solutions for your everyday favorites! Like if your going to run instead of a gatorade(loaded with sugar) substitute it out for a sugar free one that tastes just as good! Theres tons of good snack bar these days for your "snacks" that are nothing but good for you and make it seem like your eating a snickers! like i stated earlier for a woman asking for advice on her niece www!.Heathlierdestiny!.com was great for my little brother when i was helping him lose weight(it has the sugar free sports drink i was talking about too) because he as addicted to the vanilla pretzel snack bars which made it easy for him to stick to being healthy!. As for actual physical routines there are plenty of workout routines on google!. Thats honestly where i got mine! Like you can literally type "workouts i can do from home" and it will have a million different options! Hope i could help!

Also ill make sure to add because i went about it the wrong way when i was your age is dont starve yourself if anything that make your body start storing more fat because it doesnt know when the next time it will get more food!.
