I don't want to offend you or anything!. But, from the pictures, it looks like you're overweight!. But if you want to be really sure, you can always check your BMI (Body Mass Index) using these calculators: http://www!.nhlbisupport!.com/bmi/ by inserting your weight and height!. Normal weight range is between 20 and 25!. But, this isn't quite effective for teenagers like 13 years old!. If you are really concerned, seek advice from a doctor or your parents!.

Balance and moderation are the keys, and too much or too little of anything is not a good thing!. You don't need diet food, you need good, natural, simple, food!. Eat like the Asians and you will look like the Asians (thin)!. When they eat like us, they look like us (not thin)!.
You don't need to eat Asian food, just follow the principles!. Eat mostly vegetables (a wide variety, mostly cooked), simple grains (more rice, less bread and pasta), some fruit, little to no juice, no dairy, minimal processed and unnatural foods!. Don't microwave!. Get some exercise every day (vary the exercises), and don't hold on to stress!.
Think about food like you are building a house!. We are constantly creating new cells in our bodies and those cells are made from the raw materials we put in!. If you were building a house, you would want to use the top-quality lumber you could find right!? Good quality food means organic, natural, simple, fresh, and local!. Build your house out of crap and you can expect it to fall apart!.

You're 13 and 5"1'!.!.!.!.it's just a little bit of puppy fat!. You are going to grow possibly an entire foot within the next five years and it will all even out!. That said, enjoy you're life now and don't worry about weight and image!. You've got the next 50 years of your life to care about that but right now you're metabolism is soooo fast!!

First of all, sorry to break it to u, you kinda are fat!. I am 14, 5 10, 28 inch waistline 134 lbs, and I am mainly fat( stomach and thighs)
I suggest you join a sport you enjoy, no matter how much you suck At it, play it and have fun with it!. For me, I bike ride everyday for about 2 hours!. It's fun and I enjoy it!. Exersise, cut down on snacks!. Idk what else to tell you!. SorryWww@Answer-Health@Com

Honey I am so sorry to say so but at only 13 and 145lbs and 5ft1 I think you may want to find a hobby that interest you with raising your heart beat!. I am 32 and weigh 140 but i have three kids and am 5ft3!. Just try to be more active as the weather worms up!. You are not bad, but you need to make some lifetime changes now!.!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
