Question: Whats the best way to lose weight from the bottom of your stomach!?
im losing it from the top, but not the bottom, whats the best way to go about this!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

hey, I know what you mean!. I still have that too, but I managed to find exercises that I changed so the lower stomach muscles were worked more!.
To warm up, do 20-30 minutes of cardio, like on the elliptical!. Don't jog, cause you will be completely out of breath and you won't have the energy to do the stomach moves!.
To warm up the stomach muscles, do 20 crunches and the plank twice for 20 seconds!.
Get a weight of any kind, between 1-5kg, depending on how strong you already are!.
hold the weight with both hands in front of your chest, not touching though!. Lift your whole upper body until you are at about a 45
