Answers:
i have the same stats as you im the same height and weight!. my doctor said i should gain weight up to 110 pounds!. that is the minimum healthy weight for our height!. i gained already around 15 pounds so its really hard for me to accept (im recovering from anorexia) but i know that our bodies work best at the weight that is meant for them!.

maybe you should listen to your parents and gain weight!. in the long run it will be better - ppl who are underweight have a higher mortality risk btw!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Chips = no!.
Pizza = no!.
Burgers = depends on what quality of meat!.

All these things are fine as a snack and once in a while (moderation), but gaining weight in fat really isn't that good!. If you're fine with yourself, then gain a couple of pounds LOL!. General rule is that if you think you're fine, put on a couple more pounds, it's always good!.

Anyways, build muscle!. Yeah, I said muscle = the term isn't for bulky ripped men anyways, it just means that it won't be flab around your body, it will be flat tummy but good-sized legs and what-not!. Basically, do MODERATE-LOW cardio and eat a bit more protein/carbohydrates than you normally would each day, and you'll be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

VERY experienced with this, especially with girls (they ask me all the time in school)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My daughter is your same size!. She got down to 103 lately and I have been riding her pretty hard to gain weight!. She now weighs 108 and now her size 00 jeans actually fit!. She looks much better at 112 but I'll settle for what I can get!. 100 pounds is too small for your frame!. If you can gain even 5 pounds you will be much healthier!. I gave my daughter boost plus and Ensure Plus!. She says that the ensure plus chocolate tastes the best!. Try that and see how you do!. Your parents are bugging you because they love you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no you're fine if it's natural

Go to BMI for Kids at http://kidshealth!.org/kid/exercise/weigh!.!.!. go the BMI calculator, fill in your data, then check the graph for girls to see where you fit!. If it tells you that you're a little underweight, by all means eat a little more, but not fast food, which is loaded with sodium and fat, not good for you!. Eat more protein (meat, fish, beans) and whole-grain carbs!. One possibility you might like is a low-fat chili recipe!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My parents are like that also! You should exercise more often to gain a little muscle so then you would gain like what 1 extra pound!? Then they might be happier and leave you alone!. Since they might think that you are in the process of gaining weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think your weight is perfect, and I have the same problem with my parents! they are always thinking I don't eat enough and I need to eat more junk food to gain weight!. it's crazy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I really think that your weight is healthy and is fine for your height!. If you parents are really set on you gaining try building muscle instead of clogging your body with fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A healthy weight for you is about 105-110, i would try to stay in between that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you are at a perfect weight!.
And if you really HAVE to gain weight, you shouldn't gain it by eating junk food!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I looked online and it says ur undeweight, but if you gain 5 pounds then youll be right above underweight!. Maybe u can just go to the gym or something and get a little more muscle !.Www@Answer-Health@Com
