I want my arms to be strong but not big?!

Question: I want my arms to be strong but not big!?
I'm basically a blank canvas LOL my arms are thin and weak - but I really don't care too much that they're thin!. But I want to be strong!. How would I get them to stay small but strong!?!? What like chick dumbbells!?!? I want to be able to do a pushup - would I just do dumbbells till they're strong enough to support my weight!?!? lol I'm SOO weakWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
The biggest muscle in your arm is your tricep, so you have to make that strong in order to have strong arms!.

I suggest to keep working at the pushups!. Pushups target the tricep the most out of any arm strengthening exercise!. You can do one pushup, trust me!. You have to have confidence if you want to get stronger!. Also, if you end up doing pushups, then don't do the same amount every day!. You need to have some kind of ball park that you'll exceed when you can!.

It takes time, just keep working at it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

\All you have to do is do your regular workout , and dont over do it! If you try and become a master of weights and push ups your arms r sure to get large!. just a regular workout twice a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you use weights, do high repetitions and low amount of sets

or do workouts that use your own body weight like pushupsWww@Answer-Health@Com

arm workouts at low weight and lots of repetitions!. like 5-10 pounds maybe 30 timesWww@Answer-Health@Com

You want to be able to do a pushup !. !. !. I'm not being rude towards THAT goal, it's perfectly fine, but you want to STOP after that!? Dude, I'm not saying have huge arms, or even moderately big, but toned is good! Like, being able to do 20-30 pushups should be your goal, 'cause you CAN'T be strong with doing chick dumbbells!.

Low weight + high repetition = destroying of sensors/muscles in the part you're working out!.

You want to get strong without having huge arms!? Do a bunch of cardio in addition to weight lifting; do Squats, Bench, Overhead Press, Deadlift, pull/chin-ups, and pushups!. Do the weights 5x5 (5 times = 1 set, 5 sets), and the last three, as many as you can, 3 sets!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm kind of an unofficial yet expert trainer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
