Question: How to lose 15 pounds by summer!? :P!?
Okay, so I'm not that fat!.!.!. lol :)
I just want a really nice body for the summer!. And over this year (mostly winter and christmas) I gained an extra 15 pounds :O
I have a treadmill!.
What should I do!?
I just want back my old body :S
Also, are there any workouts I should be doing to get toned and stuff!.
So yeah!. My goal is 15 pounds in 3 months!.

The best way to lose weight is to first of all, cut off calories (no fast food, candy, or junk) and drink alot of water!. Running for 15 min!. per day + 20 lunges + treadmill for 10 min should help u lose about 3 lbs per week!. Good luck! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

The key for losing those excess pounds is not difficult - consume less and move more often - the difficulties appear when we actually try to put that into practice! There are a lot of stumbling blocks out there don't you think!?!
