Platuae affect on my bench press help?!


Question: Platuae affect on my bench press help!?
i really don't care if i spelled Plataea right but im 15 ive start lifting weights in november and im pretty proud of my self because ive gone from 115 max lol to 185 max and its been increasing until now and it wont go up anymore since about a month ago and its seem to be more of a struggle to bench what i know i can work out with when i workout so how can i fix this!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

no problem man, all you gotta do is change up your workout!. dont worry about supplements and stuff like that!. if anything get protein or something like that untill you have done a ton of research and actually know the chemicals and which ones do what because a lot of the stuff out there is worthless!. back to the subject, after doing the same or a similar workout for so long your body gets use to it!. if you look at the military there are plenty of fat old men who can do push ups or run until you tell them to stop!. there are times when youll plain off but eventually you should start increasing again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i started out a year and a half ago and started at 150 max and i was like 16 and a half then im 18 now and max at 250 all i did was follow my bench workout even when i hit platues and i finally go up stay motivated!. i am at a platue right now at 250 for like a month and a halfWww@Answer-Health@Com
