Question: Please help I feel so Fat i'm eating more than normal people am I!?
Breakfast: One packet of instant oatmeal with a cup of cereal
Lunch: an apple
Starbuck's Vavvno Chocolate banana drink (270 cal)
Dinner: two mini vege wraps(tortias are 50 calories each) with amys bean pie (150 cal)
dessert: A scoop of fat free frozen yogurt with cool whip, cereal and berries on top
I also had master ballet class todayWww@Answer-Health@Com

people on here have problems!.!.!. also, many of the ones eating less than you are obese and needing to lose weight desperately!.
you're eating way less than a doctor would recommend!. i know it's scary to eat more but we all have to try eventually!.

You are eating way less than a normal person!. Your caloric intake sounds so low that it is unhealthy!. Your feeling of unwholesomeness is probably the result of your body feeling starved and shutting itself down!. You will probably feel better if you eat some fat and protein for lunch, in addition to the carbohydrates from the apple and banana drink!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You aren't eating nearly enough!. Not even close, especially with a ballet class!. Even if you are trying to lose weight, what you've described is starvation!. If you are obese, you might cut down to 1500 calories per day and that would be drastic!.

If those veggie wraps are 200 calories a piece, it sounds like you're eating no more than 1000 calories a day!.!.!. A "healthy" intake of calories is estimated to be around 2000!. If you're physically active, then 2500 or 3000 is normal!. I'm gonna go ahead and guess you can see your individual ribs!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
lol you shoulda put a full body pic (fully clothed that is no pervyness intended) so we could see your body type but anyways chic if your in ballet and youre good then even if you ate twice as much you probably wouldnt gain anything!. your body needs energy to be able to do things (ballet) and im sure i gets pretty tough so your body is just wanting the fuel it needsWww@Answer-Health@Com
how can you even say that!?!?!? you eat no more than 1000 cals !.!. ( this is starving yourself) no wonder u binge sometimes!.
but please i would love to help you an talk to you and hope u could help me but i only want to do this if you really take onboard what i say and we both do a plan that will work

Sounds to me like you have an eating disorder!. You know you eat very little but still ask people to validate the fact that you eat so little!. One apple does not a lunch make!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
