Teenagers still have a lot of growing to do, and they need a lot of nutrients to get them through all the schoolwork, dances, football games, hanging out with friends, heartbreak and everything else that is part of being a teenager!. STOP eating AT THIS POINT will put her sick!.
The most important aspect of a healthy diet for teenagers is that it is, in fact, healthy!. Teens need lots of calories and good nutrients, particularly calcium and iron, which are important for all the growth and development happening at this stage of life!.
She needs to re-educate herself with good food choices and exercise!.
FIRTS:
1- Ban non-diet soda and fruit juice if you drink a lot of it!.
NO-NO CHOCOLATE, CANDIES, OR anything that is not SUGAR/FAT FREE!.
2- walk or do any kind of physical activity

1-Always eat breakfast!. - Make sure to include some kind of protein for continued energy!. It would be even better to also include some complex carbohydrates and a piece of fruit or fruit juice!.
