Weight gain starvation mode getting out...?!


Question: Weight gain starvation mode getting out!.!.!.!?
How much do people gain when getting out of starvation mode!?

So, I have been eating only 600-1000 calories a day for about three or more months!. I increased it the last couple of days to 1200 or more!. i have been working out a lot!. Doing DDR and burning about 400 calories on it averaged!.

So, I have gained af ew pounds because of this!. I don't want to gain, and I am afraid of eating so many calories, but I know I have to do it if I want to lose weight!.

After my metabolism is back on track and stuff, will the pounds go away!? Will I be able to lose them again!?

Also, I have been trouble managing my weight with the low calories!. IT always went from 138 to 144 and back again!. But since I increased my caloric intake I went from 141!.2 to 143!.6!.

Please, I need to know what's going to happen! And I also plan on adding some strenth training!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are going about this the wrong way!. Starvation is wrong you were on 600- 1000 cals this is silly!. You must at least keep to a 1000 cal at least otherwise your body will not adjust properly, hence the weight gain now!. When you go from low to higher your body will automatically store MORE fat cells because your body goes into basically 'panic mode' for survival!. It would be sensible to keep to a diet of strictly no less than 1000 cals a day!. So If I were you I would take it from here, and start again, this time eating sensibly from day one!. Do not overdo the training either as your body will just keep fat cells in even more storage, this is often called the 'Platau' or the stopped losing weight stage, which means as I said earlier the body going into panic mode!. The only way to have a sensible metabolism is to eat sensibly do not starve, and train within limits not by overdoing everything, lose weight steadily over a few months not go mad as you have been doing trying to lose too much weight to soon!. Also strength training will add weight, by building up 'muscle' so you will actually gain more weight not less!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
