All over workout, plus strength building.?!


Question: All over workout, plus strength building!.!?
I'm looking for a workout that i can do daily without using a gym that will be an all-round workout mainly!. But i also want to increase my general strength - but this isnt my major concern!. Really i just need to get fit!.

I do go to the gym, every now and then, so any gym workouts will be appriciated too! I also do kick boxing training once a week, this really seems to work every muscle i have, but this is only one a week, and dont think i have been going long enough to try this at home!.

BMI wise, im in the lower ideal range, so i need to put on a few kg's to get the perfect BMI, but this doesnt bother me - just a back story!.

I did injure my back once, but i rarely get any reacurance of pain anymore!.

I am quite weak!. When lifting weights, i can bench about 60kgs - max!. But in general life, i cant seem to draw stength from anywhere!.

By the way; i am male, 21, about 65-70kgs!. Any more info, please ask!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Here is a really great workout that you can do everyday!. It's a really tough little workout but it's also very quick and also does not require any equipment!. Hope this helps!

I would recommend Pilates, its great for pratical strength building!. Whatever you do make sure you are doing compound movements to build strength!.
