As a WOMAN how long will it take for my muscles to grow (hypertrophy)?!


Question: As a WOMAN how long will it take for my muscles to grow (hypertrophy)!?
I know men get big muscles SO much quicker then women do =_= I've been doing exercises for a month and a half, twice a week, loaded barbell and dumbbell but I don't see any results what-so-ever =( How am I meant to get motivated if I'm not seeing anything! But aside from how long for the avg woman; what would happen if I took testosterone!? I know that's the big factor in muscle development, can I get tablets like they do with estrogen!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Even for a man (lifting and eating at the optimum levels, times, etc) it may take months to add a significant amoung of muscle on!. I think it could be 2 months before you notices any results at all and it could be longer!.

good tone is fine, don't take testosterone, it will have many side effects such as facial hair, lower voice, sharper facial features, general manliness!. Good tone is attractive, big muscles are not for most men!. More weight and less reps gains muscle faster than many reps of less weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
