Question: I need a good workout routine for the summer!?
I wanna hit every part of my body, and get it all toned!. I'm skinny now, but I have abs, so I need some muscle massWww@Answer-Health@Com

Tuesday-Back and Shoulders/Abs
Wednesday-Off
Thursday-Chest/Abs
Friday-Arms
Saturday OR Sunday - moderate to light cardio

Make sure you eat and hit the gym hard! I do different exercises for one muscle that I'm doing that day!. I do sets of 12,10,and 8 with weights increasing after every set!. Good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you're a beginner, I would also suggest just starting with pushups and sit-ups for several weeks!. You'll make a lot more progress than you might think!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
