Question: Can bananas make me put on weight!?
I wish to loss weight but I heard people says that eat too much bananas can make people put on weight!. Is that truth!? I have bananas every morning as my breakfast!. Mind to give me more information about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Definately don't worry about eating too many bananas!. You are way better off eating a banana than eating some grease patty (sausage patty) or a grease burger from McDonalds!. Eat all the fruit you want It will fill you up and won't force you to eat junk!. Here's a little secret that nobody knows about losing weigth!. Sarcasm

Bananas are high in carbohydrates but that doesn't mean that they'll make you gain weight unless you have like 5-6 a day possibly!. I'd say you're better off eating a banana than an egg muffin meal at burger king-know what i mean!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Bananas do have a lot of carbs and sugar, but that's definitely a good thing in the morning!. If you eat six bananas before bedtime, that's what will make you fat!. But eating a banana or two throughout the day is good for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
