Why am i still hungry??? help?!
Question: Why am i still hungry!?!?!? help!?
I have been trying to lose a couple pounds so i have cut back my calorie intake from 1800 to anywhere between 1500-1600!. As of lately i have been getting full very quickly to where i feel bloated but my stomach still growls and i feel hungry!. Like right now i had a weight watchers egg croissant (210 calories) for breakfast and even though i feel full my stomach is growling and i still feel hungry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depends on how much your used to eating!.!.!. that and give your stomach a little bit of time to intake the food!. It gets sugar in your blood and tells your brain not to feel hungry anymore!. see how you feel in a half hour!. Still hungry then!? just eat something else!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Things like croissant, white bread, white rice, biscuits, chips and things that are made of refined things they make you hungry very soon after you ate them!. So try the whole brown bread and leafy vegetables, tomatoes and cuculmbers!. Try not to mix protein and carbohydrate together (like cheese and bread, fish and chips, chicken pizza etc!.!.!.) Also drink loads of water and eat fruits before any meal in the morning - that will clean your system up and help the toxins go away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Trying to cut calorie intake is a self-defeating way to lose weight!. Take it from someone who took it far greater extremes than you could ever bring yourself to doing!. After not eating for two weeks with the exception of one 250-calorie scoop of soy protein per day, I was down 20 pounds!. One week later of eating normally!. I had gained back 15!. Its very normal for a regular person to retain there hunger after eating but there is a way to stop that!. Bread!. Yes bread!. When I was younger I did this trick all the time!. If you put bread in water you'll see it expand and essentially this is the concept when you eat it!. Its very helpful if you don't want to exercise plus bread doesn't own that much calories at only about 120!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you feel hungry after you have eaten, drink some water!. I hate drinking water but it will help you feel full and water has all that other benificial goodies for you!. Also eat slow!. Take your time eating!. Green Tea is suppose to help with losing weight as well!. You should eat a big breakfast and eat small meal/snacks every 3-4 hours!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink a big glass of water if you're still feeling hungry, and then do something to distract yourself from thinking about food!. It should help!Www@Answer-Health@Com
