Question: Help with morning exercise routine!?
Here's what I was thinking!.!.!.

Jumping Jacks
Squats
Crunches
Push-Ups

How many of each should I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Jumping jacks are useless its for cardio and that doesn't cut it!. Go for a jog or something else!.
Your asking how many!? well nobody knows that but you!. Just do it till it burns then do it just a little longer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have no idea on what you are capable right now!.There is no fixed number if someone finds 50 squats easy then telling them to do 30 doesn't make sense,if someone is struggling to so 10 then telling them to do 25 is pointless!.Start with an easy(for you)amount and slowly build up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
