Overcoming a 2 week weight plateau.?!

Question: Overcoming a 2 week weight plateau!.!?
Since February 8th, I have been using an upright bike my family bought a while back!. Things were going great, I lose 15 pounds in about a month and a half!. I went from 240-225!. I have only missed 2 days of biking since Feb!. 8th!. Now I have hit a plateau for the past 2-3 weeks I've been at 225!. I know it is most likely because my body is used to it but what could I do for a couple week to try and switch it up, so I can go back to biking!.

P!.S!. For maybe 4-5 weeks the upright bike has been out of batteries, so I haven't been able to change the resistance!. If I bought batteries and increased the resistance, would It help or should I just switch activities!? Oh, and my normal biking time is 30min to 1hour steady pace or 15min -20min of HIIT!.

-Goal is to lose 35-40 more pounds before Aug!. 20th (So I could have the option of joining AFROTC!. Current Weight: 225Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Your body is probably getting used to it!. Changing the resistance will help somewhat, but you should probably, at this point, start working other routines into your regime to work not only the legs, but other body parts as well!. Try walking/jogging every other day!. Maybe jumping rope if you feel your knees are up to it!. Add some resistance training to tone the muscles as well!.

And pay special attention to diet and rest!. Eat a healthy diet heavy on the fruits and vegetables and watch those calories!. It could be that your appetite has increased and you are eating more!. Make sure you get a good night's sleep!. These things are important!.

And most importantly, believe you can do it!Www@Answer-Health@Com
