While practicing yoga, is it 100% necessary to breathe through the nose?!


Question: While practicing yoga, is it 100% necessary to breathe through the nose!?
Most of the time I practice yoga while doing the ujjayi breath through my nose, but some days my sinuses are congested and breathing through my nose is impossible!. I love practicing yoga and would like to know if it is still as beneficial if I have to breathe through my mouth some days!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
