Question: Can walking/jogging make me lose my so called muffin top!?
i had a daughter almost 2 years ago and ever since then ive had a muffin top that i want to get rid of could walkin and or jogging help me lose it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well you can start out walking and jogging but running really helps you lose it fast!. Any sort of cardio exercise tones areas of high fat!. I have a muffin top too and I find running helps from time to time!. It's just hard to stay committed though but I try!.

Also if you could do aerobics then that would help too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wearing non-hip hugging jeans can help or jeans that fit!.

But walking/jogging helps deplete unwanted fat either way!.
