Why didn't I lose/how can I motivate myself to continue?!

Question: Why didn't I lose/how can I motivate myself to continue!?
I'm female, 26, 5'7", about 137 lbs!. I know that I am not overweight at all, and I'm pretty toned, but I would really just like to lose about ten pounds!.I used to weigh around that, and I don't understand why I can't get my weight down!.

About a month ago, I was really doing great on diet and exercise!. I was eating extremely healthy foods on a calorie-controlled diet (1100-1200/day, mainly fruits, veggies, and lean proteins)!. I was exercising 2-3 hours/day as well!. I knew this wasn't realistic for me to keep up for too long with my schedule!. But what I don't understand is that I did all this for about a month, and nothing really changed!. I lost only two pounds or so!.

Anyway, I've since fallen off the diet pretty badly, and I just don't see any motivation to keep going!. If anyone has any ideas on why this didn't work or what my motivation could be to get back on track, I'd really appreciate it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It just sounds like your body's gotten used to this lifestyle, it's stable, it doesn't feel the need or strain to change!.!.!.

Theres a diet called the "sacred heart diet" based on soup, veg, fruit (and variations) for like 7- 10 days!. some people i know say its a good way to just keep up and trim off a few extra pounds, even though they were healthy!. it's not a permanant diet, its just a little change in the way you eat for a while to help your body restart!.

also another way to do it within your own style is to simply unleash a little bit, less excercise
and then switch after a week to less food and more excercise!.

it's more of a kick to your system to keep it activeWww@Answer-Health@Com
