Workout Routine for...?!


Question: Workout Routine for!.!.!.!?
Treadmill, resistance bands, dumbbells with stability ball!? They are kicking my azz but I am clueless as to making a routine for myself and my body!. What body groups do I train on each day!? How frequently and how long do I walk/jog!? I am of average weight and I'm not fit, but I plan on getting there!

Most detailed plan that uses all of the equipment I listed and DOES NOT copy and paste from some bodybuilder website with routines specifically only for machines or a gym, will get best answer!.

so if you wanna get in shape and fit work out every day! thats important!
do 30-45 minutes of cardio

actually, try this plan:

jog on the treadmill for 10 minutes-warm up (6!.0mph)
walk on the treadmill at an incline for 10 minutes (3!.5mph)

25 reps of all the resistance excercies you want

repeat the treadmill sequence

remember, dieting is 80% of your results!!

I think you should eat more fruits and veggies, anything that keeps your heart beating fast works, even if you jog for just a short 5 minute! Worked for me :DWww@Answer-Health@Com
