well im not really looking to loose weight, i just want to tone up stomach and knees (if that's possible! they are starting to look saggy ahhh!)
does anyone know any exercises i can do to tone up these parts!?

I've linked to the mayo clinic's fitness website!. In particular, to a slideshow of exercise for the core muscle group!. The core muscles are all the muscles in the mid-section!. Since all these muscles work together for strength, balance and stability, you should work them all to get the best results!.
As for the knees, concentrate on leg exercises such as walking, jogging, running, cycling, deep knee bends, lunges, etc!. You can't really "tone" the knees, but working the muscles around them should help considerably!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

every night b4 dinner after lunch 4 an hour do 100 star jumps touch ur toes without bending ur knees hold it for 10 min then jog on the spot for 1 hour ect do this until u get the resolts u wantWww@Answer-Health@Com
