If i eat small meals,
100 sit ups
100 push ups,
and drink water!!!

100 sit ups is a waste of time!. Try other body weight exercises such as body squats, lunges, hamstring curls, inverted rows, tricep dips, front plank, side plank, roll outs, etc!. Eat small meals that contain protein and vegetables with fruit as a snack when craving sugar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Actually, you don't need to diet in fact if you want to lose weight, the one thing which clearly delivered for me is green tea, it can be viewed in the resource box underneath, they have a few free trials left, it has been reported in Reader's Digest and CNN!. I worked off thrity pounds, it clearly does produce results!Www@Answer-Health@Com
