Question: Getting in shape as a 13 yr old!?!?(will chose best answerr)!?
ok so i am very atheletic and try to be very health concious!.!.!.but i love my burgers and fries and diet coke!. i am 13 yrs old turning 14 in may!. i really want to get in shape and im a very serious tennis player!. i am not sure if i have fat on my body or if its muscle!.!.so i want to get in better shape!.!.!.
i am trying to work my legs the most, then stomach, then biceps and triceps is my last concern
i am 5 feet 6 inches and all my friends say im just muscle!.!.but i want to do more!.
do u guys have any good excercises, routines, diets, websites that might help me gain muscle!.!.maybe loose fat and look better physically!?

I'm going to suggest to you to go into the doctor and find out what your muscle to fat ratio is!. This will show you were you are and your doctor can explain what is a healthy muscle to fat ratio at your age!. You should make sure you are eating well so those calories can become muscle after you exercise!. Remember that it is the quantity that is better than the quality!. Do exercises slowly, don't do high reps!. If you want to bulk up you can also look into what weight lifters do!. They actually eat a lot but they burn what they eat!. Honestly if you like soda though, diet is bad for you!. There have been studies conducted recently that show that the sweeteners in diet soda impair your bodies ability to process fat and it does not get put into your muscles at the rate it should!.
