Yes and no!.

-Yes, kickboxing is an excellent activity for building muscle and/or losing fat!. If you train intensely and diet well you should be losing weight in no time!.

-No, it is not effective at minimizing "arm fat"!. Nothing is!. There is no such thing as topical fat loss!. If your diet and exercise is dialed in, you will lose fat!. Which trouble spot is the first and last to go will be unpredictable!. Everyone stores their weight differently, but it is impossible to just burn fat from one particular area by focusing on it!.

Maybe you're lucky and that will be the first place you lose the weight, or it might be the last!. Just stick with it!

you cant spot reduce!. Kickboxing helps you lose weight all over but you should also do some toning exercises such as tricep dips, bicep curls, deltoid presses to tone your arm and make it look less flabby
