Question: Is THIS a good way to work out!?
Pole dancing!? Or at least practicing at home!? It seems like what goes into it would be a great way to tone up my hips, thighs, @ss, etc!.!.!. is that true!?

Ummm, any exercise that keeps you moving, elevates your heart rate & stretches your muscles is good!. It can improve your resting heart rate & keep you loose, but unless you go for 20+ minutes at a time, 4 or 5 times a week, I'd say it's not as good as a weight training regimen for muscle tone!. Running with a light core training routine &/or some weight lifting would be much better!. Good substitute every couple of days though!.
