Question: What fruits reduce appetitie and stop cravings!?
im 15, and i am at a healthy weight!. I got a bit sloppy with my diet so i started eating more fruit!. I eat about 3 apples a day!.!. i dont know if thats ok!?
i love all fruit, but which ones are the most filling!?

well, you could try having a bit of protein with your fruit, like a banana and peanut butter, an apple and a bit of cheese or cantaloupe and yogurt!. You could also have some insoluble fiber (like oatmeal or Cheerios)!. That slows down the digestion and is a more balanced meal!.

Three apples is fine but you do know that it's worth only one portion of fruit/veg out of your five-a-day right!? Simply because the aim of getting your five portions of fruit and veg a day is to give your body different types of vitamins and apples can only provide a few!. So if you're aiming for five-a-day, you should be eating different types of fruit and veg!. I think bananas would be most filling!. Mash them up on a bit of wholemeal bread and you have a really healthy but filling snack!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

try eating some kale and other more fibrous cruciferous vegetables (google it)!. it is fiber that keeps you full longer!. as far as fibrous fruits, i would say oranges, pears, apples, grapefruits, grapes (skin on), mangoes, papaya, guavas, pineapples!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
