How long will it take for P90X to work?!
Question: How long will it take for P90X to work!?
i am going to start P90X!. i am going to do it 2-4 times a week!. i want to know how long it will take to: get defined 6-pack abs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depends where you are starting from fitness wise, and 2-4 days per week is not how the program is designed to work for maximum effect!.
For example if I started the P90X routines tomorrow, hey wow I'd have 8 pack abs, but thats because I already have 8 pack abs!
If you read the P90X literature it'll give you a good idea of what to expect!.
Downsides of P90X, well you've got to get used to a guy who's eyeliner is more obvious than your average Goth's (so says a Goth - me)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
