Want to start swimming for weight loss. any thing to do prior to that?!


Question: Want to start swimming for weight loss!. any thing to do prior to that!?
i am 32 and i was slim and fit so far!. after having my baby (she is 13 months old now) i've gained little more weight than i should have and recently i am not feeling as energetic as i used to feel before!. so i have decided to start swimming!. hope that will help to get back my fitness!. but the problem is i have never ever done any work out in my entire life(actually i didn't feel the need of it or may be i was ignorant)!. but i used to go to dance classes!. now when i'm thinking of starting it!.!.!.is there anything to do before i really start it!? my concern is !.!.!.will i start feeling really tired after suddenly starting swimming!? will my body ache!? is there anything to do to help it!? or should i just jump into the pool and start swimming!. any suggestion will be appreciated!. thank you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well you may want to warm up with some stretches if your not very physical!. and be careful not to overwork you're self on your first swim excersize!. or else you wont want to go back again, its a common problem, a person overworks during exercize, feels a painful burn and doesnt do it again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
