Question: Guilt free snacks that I can eat without gaining weight!?
foods that don't taste bad ( I HATE celery) but are so few calories I dont have to worry about gaining weight on them!? I have been eating sugar free jello, sugar free/fat free pudding made with almond milk and fruit, and seltzer water, and tea!. Any other suggestions!? Yeah i like to find an answer to this too!.

Um, i would normally eat berries, frozen grapes are awesome too, and they have virtually NO calories!

Oranges, mandarins, apricots, dates and prunes are all good too!. Just watch out for the sugar levels!.

Hope this helps =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Burning calories was much simpler for me when I began utilizing acai berry!. I understand they say that pills do not work, but they definitely worked for me, and they have been featured on CNN too!. There is a free trial going on at the moment at http://donurs!.yatardirek!.com , why not try it, why not!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
