Make sure if you use a computer your workstation is set up correctly, so that you are not sitting in an unhelpful position for long periods!.

If you do any activity for a long period of time, make sure you have short breaks every 20 mins, and do some gentle stretches!. For example:

Do pilates, even if you only go to a few classes, get a DVD from your local library or have a look at some youtube video!. It will teach you some excellent exercises that you can do at home!.
When you are walking about, think of someone pulling a string from the top of your head, walk tall, tuck in your bottom, tummy and chin!.
Also keep fit! Any kind of regular exercise will help to maintain your posture as well as your overall health!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
