Question: Weight gain how!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!.!.!.help me !.!.plz!.!.plz!?
i have finished my 12th class my height is nearly 6 feet!.and my weight is only 55kg!.!.i really want to increase my weight i go to GYM in the mornings i wanted to ask about the diet should i eat before going to the gym or eat after coming from the gym !.!.!.!.!.to incrase my weight
i am so unhappy of my lean body!.will going to gym will help to increase my weight even i dont know coz my gym master is also not that good!.!.please ppl plz help me on this!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.i wil be very gratefull to allWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well first eat AFTER gym cuz if you eat before you might get stomach cramps while your working out!.
and just to mention!.!.MANY girlz want a lean thin body! they would kil lto have tht! so no reason to be unhappy!!.!.!.

drink looots of water and eat fruits and green vegies!!.!.!.

Many people would be very jelous of you in this situation!

You should try eating more Carbohydrates as they are higher in calories!. Don't eat crap to put on weight, because it will effect you internally and you will be very unhealthy!. it will also make your skin break out and you will feel very lazy!.
Slowly increase your portion size, especially eating carbohydrates!. Remember to eat a balanced diet though otherwise you will be unhealthy! Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are a vegetarian you will have a very hard time putting on weight!. Do you know that there are only two kinds of weight anyone can gain!? They are fat and muscle!. So you definitely need to build muscle!. Keep working out, but eat as much good healthful food as possible!. Drink a lot of milk!. Start eating meat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
