Can someone advise [10pts] (weights routine)?!

Question: Can someone advise [10pts] (weights routine)!?
Hi,

I've started bodybuilding, however, I am not new to it!. I am an ectomorph and gain better performing abbreviated training!. However, I have modifed it slightly!. My new way is by performing ONE major exercise a day bar 2 days a week!. For instance:

(3 sets x 6 reps for all)

Mon: Parallel Dips, Tricep exstensions
Tue: Deadlift
Wed: Military Press, Bar-bell curls
Thurs: Squat
Fri: Rest
Sat: Rest
Sun: start cycle again

The reason for performing only one exercise a day is because I CANNOT focus on doing more than ONE in one session!. I train for maybe 20 minutes and then I'm out of the gym!.

I have 180g of Protein a day and loads of carbs and such forth!.

I have put on 7lbs in two weeks, but I believe this is because I am getting back into the training again!.

Are there any downfalls with this routine!? Can someone advise on where I might hit a potential problem with this routine!?

Any advice (apart from trollish crap) appreciated

ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Personally, I think the routine is sound!. There is no need to perfrom a "5x5" routine at all, as you stated that you use abbreviated training as a preference!.

There is in no way any justification in saying "your gains will be slow" as you have also stated that you have gained 7lbs in only two weeks; even for gaining lost muscle that's fast!!

Assuming you progress at each and every workout !.i!.e!. add poundage or a rep or two to each exercise week in and week out, you WILL do well on the routine!.

It is good you are following an abbreviated routine, and that you are not exercising your ego like many trainees do!. The additon of all the compoun exercises you have mentioned will allow you to build a great deal of mass, especially since you are taking in a great deal of protein (if you're under 180lbs that is)!.

Spending 20 minutes in the Gym is absolutely fine!!! It is MORE than enough!. This will stop you going into catabolism mode assuming you take a post-workout meal!.

Keep the gains going

Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Exercising helped me to lose a lot of weight when I combined it along with using acai berry!. I know they say that pills will not work, however they definitely worked for me, and they have been shown on CNN too!. There's a free trial happening right now at http://veravetg!.gtopala!.info , why not try it, what's the worst that could happen!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think your gains are going to be very small and its going to take a long time to get results!. You may want to try something called starting strength or do a 5x5 routine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
