Question: Arms strong enough for unassisted pull ups!?
how do I make my arms strong enough for unassisted pull ups!?

I can do them, but not more than ten at a time, and its hard for me so my form gets sloppy!.
How can i fix this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just keep doing pull ups, and try to keep your form as best as possible, even if it means you do less reps, thats good!. keep going them and within a month, if you do them often and many reps/sets you will probobly be able to do 20 or soWww@Answer-Health@Com

find a machine that does assist!. Keep doing those and after awhile youll be able to do them!. Plus work you back muscles!. And work on your center core strength!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
