How to tone your body?!


Question: How to tone your body!?
I'm 14, weigh 6 stn 7, height 5 ft 3!. I know I sound light but I have a small bone structure and a fast metabolism!. I'd like to tone my legs and butt (I'm working on that by cycling)!. But also my stomach!. There's more, but I'm working on it step by step!. Don't tell me not to worry because I'm young, I'm working on my body for my OWN satisfaction!. I'm kind of light because I have no muscle!. But I'm not extremely weak!.

make sure you're eating a lot of protein to replenish after workouts!. ontop of that, it's crucial to drink plenty of water!. If you're not eating and giving your body something to feed off before and after workouts it will start to burn the muscle that you have begun to build!.

Also, cycling IS a good way to tone legs, but long distance running is especially helpful!. For calves, plyometrics work wonders! they also make you quicker for various sports!.

For stomach, core workouts (working with your own body weight) is sufficient!. This is also true for legs and arms -- push ups, squats, and sit ups are ideal!.

Tone comes with muscle bulk, try a lifting regimen of 8-12 reps and after about 6 weeks of working out you will begin to build muscle!. If you keep your body fat percentage the same then you should be getting tone by then!. Remember, it takes 6 weeks for muscle to hypertrophy though so stick with it and you will get results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
