Going on water fast, how not to lose muscle?!


Question: Going on water fast, how not to lose muscle!?
I already asked this question but I'll try again!.

Will I gain too much muscle if I mix some fruit juice with egg whites!?
I'll be doing light exercises as well!. I just dont want to lose too much muscle I only want to lose fat!.

Will this work!? If so how many egg whites a day!?

let me start by saying that i'm a huge advocat for water fasting!.

you don't lose very much muscle at all when water fasting!.

your body feeds off of your fat reserves!. the only way you lose muscle while fasting is not keeping active!.

i don't mean lifting weights, because that won't do you any good!. i mean jogging and walking and little things like that!.

SmartWater is enfused with electrolytes so i highly suggest drinking that while working out to avoid becoming dehydrated!.
