How can I get quite toned without get larger?!


Question: How can I get quite toned without get larger!?
I'm going to the gym and after about 3 sessions i feel larger than i started and the whole idea of me going to the gym was to get skinny but toned too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Typically when you first start working out, you'll notice rapid increase in muscle size!. This stops after about a week or two as your body acclimatizes to the activity and from there on out it will be harder to increase muscle size!.

The best way to tone muscle without massive size gains is to use low weights at high reps (ie benching 60 lbs 30 times instead of 130 lbs 10 times)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

have a healthy, balanced diet and do weights like 4 times a week
do sqauts, press ups, sit ups, crunches- the whole lot- in a couple of months, you'll be well tonedWww@Answer-Health@Com

Lessen the amount of weight you're using!. Also exercises like yoga are good, because it can tone and stretch your muscles without gaining as much bulk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
