I need to lose 20 lbs but no time for exercise?!

Question: I need to lose 20 lbs but no time for exercise?
I am getting married in September. I am 5'2 and way 140 lbs. I have a small frame so when i gain 5 lbs you can definitely tell. The most I have ever weighed is 115. I feel big. I know a lot of people will say "you're beautiful blah blah blah" but I dont feel that way. I dont even get undressed in front of my fiance anymore. I work two jobs because he is laid off until march 15. I dont have time to exercise. I always feel tired and hungry. We are young and dont have a lot of money to spend buying fresh fruits, veggies, and health food. It is a lot cheaper to buy 10 packs of ramen and etc. Please does anyone know how I can get this weight off without having to devote myself to a crazy diet plan or exercisng. I am willing to take diet pills/ supplements. I would like to have the weight off by summer if possible. PLEASE!

Answers:

Loose it fast - Adkins diet Your body digest your own body fat not the food you eat. Don't cheat. No Carbs. No CARBS. after two weeks you can enter some salad. Just drink water.

eat all the volume you want.

Eat: meat, cheese, fish, animal fat, mayonaise, butter. For a short period of time. In 2 weeks you will loose all your weight (20LBS). Many articles on the net - long term you need to adjust food intake and check urine.

Bacon & eggs
Tuna mayo
steak

It gets boring but it will work

If you need to loose 100LBS or any weight more than 20LBS - one better no more about the Adkins diet than I just wrote.

You won't lose twenty pounds (healthily) without excercise and a promising diet I can tell you that. Your life is so fast paced that you can't take 10 - 30 minutes out of your day to excercise or choose the right foods?? Try some quick squats before work, walk instead of ride, run instead of walk. There are plenty of fresh and less calorie foods that don't cost a fortune. Try more whole grain, frozen vegetables, and store bought bananas.

I understand the problems you've gone through when trying to loose weight, my friend is in the same situation as you. Nothing worked for him until he came across the diet solution program. He's been having great success with it, maybe this is something that could be right for you. Good luck

don't drink soda, drink water
also, make a food diary of what you eat for one week, and analyze it to see what you can change
cut back on sweets, and grow fruits, veggies in a garden so it's cheaper
do mini exercises such as jumping jacks and sit ups, and do exercises while ur sitting, watching tv, etc
have smaller portion sizes
also, consult http://www.wikinut.com/easy-ways-to-lose… for more ideas

There are plenty of cheap diets that focus on breads pasta etc. Just focus on walking everywhere you go, try to find a 15 minute workout you can do everyday. Trust me it will add up and you will have to weight off in no time!

Tell your fiance to get a job and then make time to workout, the only way to lose is to workout and eat healthy.

Diet pills will destroy your body and if you starve yourself everything you eat from then on will just store as fat.

I have been trying this diet solution plan, and so far (about a week into it) i have lost ten pounds and i feel great... I hope this keeps up.

you should check it out

no time to exersise..... WORST EXCUSE EVER.

You don't want to "devote [yourself] to a crazy plan" of healthy eating and exercise, but you ARE willing to take dangerous diet pills/supplements when you're already tired and hungry (and overweight)?

Start spending the pay from one of your two jobs on something other than what's cheap, easy and loaded with salt and buy some damn chicken and vegetables, then when lazy-*ss gets back on the stick you'll have six months after quitting one of your jobs to walk for an hour a day.

Start now with no sodas, fried/fast/junk foods and even by June, you should be able to drop at *least* ten pounds, but you have more excuses than Carter has liver pills, so I don't hold out much hope for you.

Congrats on your wedding, though.

EDIT:
We do understand, but if it's important enough to you, you'll buy healthier foods and find 1/2 an hour three times a week to get moving, because there is no supplement in the world that will help you lose weight if you don't.
